By using Jobsmith ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Jobsmith is provided by Qubora Labs ("we", "us").

1. Service Description

Jobsmith provides AI-powered career intelligence tools including resume analysis, job scouting, and application management. The service uses third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic) via API keys you provide.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide, the safekeeping of your API keys, and compliance with the terms of service of the AI providers you choose to use.

3. Data and Privacy

Your data is stored encrypted at rest. API keys are encrypted using Fernet symmetric encryption. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated analysis or recommendations.
