Qubora Labs ("we", "us") operates Jobsmith. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We collect: Google account info (email, name, profile picture) via OAuth; resume text you provide; career preferences you set; job data you import or scout results we generate.
Your data is used exclusively to provide Jobsmith features: resume analysis, job scoring, fit analysis, and workflow execution. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your AI provider API keys are encrypted at rest using Fernet symmetric encryption. They are decrypted only at the moment of making an API call to the provider and are never logged or stored in plaintext.
Data is stored in MongoDB Atlas with encryption at rest enabled. The application runs on Google Cloud Run in the asia-south1 region.
You can request deletion of all your data by contacting atul@qubora.ai. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
